S4 Program Overview
S4 is a Structured System to Support and Strengthen youth and women within the community. S4 focuses on addressing four major areas of life, Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual. These four major areas are intertwined, like threads of a cloth. If you tug too hard on one, you’ll affect the others. S4 provides a supportive circle of community resources and programs geared to strengthen them in each area of life.
SAVED4HOPE Therapeutic Summer Camp
SAVED4HOPE Therapeutic Summer Camp provides therapeutic healing in a magical, safe and healthy environment. SAVED4HOPE Therapeutic Summer Camp is a two week Therapeutic Summer Camp for children ages 8-15. Children experience the tools for a lifetime of healing and learning skills in a safe and fun environment. Campers engage in Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy and Dance and Body Movement Therapies. SAVED4HOPE Therapeutic Summer Camp provides empowerment & resiliency by teaching the fundamental principles of trauma informed (sensitive) camp.
STEM & Academic Enrichment Summer Camp Sponsorship
Since 2013, SAVED Foundation has partnered with The Nehemiah Community Empowerment Center in Greensboro to provide Summer Camp sponsorships to our local community. he Nehemiah Community Empowerment Center provides an eight week STEM, Academic Enrichment Summer Camp for ages 6 -15. This summer experience is filled with Math, Reading Comprehension, Spelling, Weekly field trips, swimming at Aquatic Center Character Development, daily workout, and much more.
The Strengthening Families Program
The Strengthening Families Program is a 14-session, evidence-based parenting skills, children's social skills, and family life skills training program specifically designed for high-risk families. Parents and children participate in SFP, both separately and together. Group Leader Manuals contain a complete lesson for every session. Parents and children's Handouts are also provided for every session.
