SAVED Foundation, Inc. was founded in 2010 by our founder Latoya Robinson. SAVED Foundation started from a dream and started with only 7 clients in 2010. In 2015, we were able to provide help to over 300 clients.

In 2014, SAVED Foundation, Inc. provided services to approximately 312 patients. 60% of the population served in 2014 was Adult and Children Trauma survivors; who experienced Domestic Violence, Sexual Trauma, Rape, Abuse, Neglect and or Homelessness. Our Trauma survivors were primarily referred from the Guilford County Department of Social Services, local community organizations, self-help groups, local churches and self-referred. Throughout the course of treatment SAVED Foundation, Inc. works vigorously on various steps to assist Trauma survivors on achieving recovery.

During treatment SAVED Foundation, Inc. (1) Creates a safe environment, (2) Gathers Information from multiple perspectives, (3) Utilizes a variety of assessment approaches and techniques, (4) Works in collaboration with both the child team and family to make sense of results (5) Develop treatment/services plans and (6) Assess the patient over time. SAVED Foundation, Inc. has provided an adequate amount of support to the identified population that we’ve served and has provided a great deal of assistance to 50% of these patients in helping them find housing, financial support, such as temporary placement in a local hotel room and/or the purchase of basic necessities such as food and clothing.
